In commissioning Dienamics, to produce either Plastic Injection, Zinc Die Cast, Blow Moulds or Press Tools, we design and manufacture to suit your specifications and tooling requirements. All tooling is manufactured to a high standard of quality, encapsulating all aspects of maintenance and serviceability through its operating life. Tool Design

Once the design is finalised, it is taken into our 3D CAD program. Every part of the mould is modeled in our 3D CAD program and can be altered to suit any necessary changes.

Upon completion of the 3D CAD Model, a die analysis will be conducted. This is where we can put the CAD Model into a simulation program for die stress, mould flow patterns, cycle times and fatigue issues. Running different simulations on the model means we can forecast any issues and optimised the design of the mould before any tooling starts.

At this stage, material selection and manufacturing techniques are finalised. Once all specification is finalised, the tool design can be transfered to our tool room (via computer and/or hard drawing etc) to start production on the die parts.
