Pressing
To compliment our tool room, our press
shop has the capability to produce small to large complex
parts (single to multi-stages). With our strict monitoring
system, all parts are produced to suit customer specification
and expectation, on time everytime.
Zinc
Die Casting
We look after all your casting needs, from
complex shapes to tight tolerances. Die casting is a fast,
cost-effective manufacturing process for production of
high volume and tight tolerance metal components. It has
the benefit of consistent quality with high volume, often
at lower costs compared to other processes.
Die cast parts can then be coated with coloured paints
and lacquers to suit any colour or finish you need.

If there is a process that we do not have
at our plant, we will source it for you and streamline
it into our production process. This takes the pressure
off you and allows you to spend your valuable time on
